How to Use the InSites Chat Feature
If you’re ever working in InSites, and have a question, the quickest way to get the answer is the integrated chat feature.
To find this feature, click the “Help” button (question mark button above setting). This will pop up the chat window.
Once the chat box appears, go ahead and ask a question, or use the article search feature to get matched up with the article that best fits your needs.
Our chat team is usually answers any question you may have in a couple of minutes.
